Terms of Service
1. Provider and scope
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Rizzqo website and the Rizzqo compliance platform (together, the "Service"), provided by Rizzqo GmbH, Friedrichshafener Straße 7, 88131 Lindau (Bodensee), Germany ("Rizzqo", "we"). The Service is offered exclusively to businesses, public bodies and other entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB — not to consumers. Individual agreements concluded with a customer (including order forms and a data processing agreement) take precedence over these Terms.
2. The Service
Rizzqo is a software-as-a-service platform for information-security and compliance management: it connects assets, risks, requirements, tasks and evidence in one system and supports frameworks such as ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS2 and the EU AI Act. The concrete functional scope results from the service description valid at the time of contract conclusion. Compliance frameworks are supported as tooling, using the Service does not by itself constitute legal advice or guarantee certification or regulatory compliance.
3. Accounts and workspaces
Use of the platform requires a customer workspace and user accounts. The customer must ensure that access credentials are kept confidential, that account information is accurate, and that accounts are used only by authorized personnel. The customer will notify Rizzqo without undue delay of any suspected unauthorized use.
